Joe Milton is toying with making a decision relatively soon. Michigan, Florida and Georgia are among the schools on the shortlist.

ORLANDO, Fla.-- Joe Milton is toying with the idea of making a decision relatively soon. Although the exact timeline is in the air, Milton has a few schools he feels are communicating well with him this spring and have certainly made their cases heard.

Joe Milton's stock rose tremendously after he tore through the camp season earlier this year. Milton picked up offers from MichiganFloridaGeorgia and Tennessee just to name a few. The Olympia High School signal caller visited and researched several of the schools and now he is preparing to make a decision relatively soon. Although there are reports that it might come this week or even in the next week, on Thursday the Orlando native was a bit more hesitant to put a firm deadline on his decision.

Why the change of heart? Scout's third-ranked quarterback in Florida discusses his reasoning behind his timeline, while also breaking down his relationship with Michigan, Florida and Georgia in the video above.

Evaluation: "Milton has been vocal about his goals at local camps, to get recognized by the hosting staff, and he showed improvement from one week to the next," wrote Scout Recruiting Analyst John Garcia after Milton's performance at the Under Armour camp in Orlando earlier this spring.  "But this rising-senior is a quarterback and camp efforts at the position are all about consistency. From drills to one-on-ones even through seven-on-seven work, Milton was the creme of the Orlando crop on Sunday. He is physically impressive on the hoof, tall and well put-together, but his arm was fluid with a quick release through the afternoon. Michigan is his latest scholarship offer."
