The four-star running back is excited about his decision.
"It feels great to be committed and now I can just focus on Oregon," said the 5-foot-10, 180-pound Elliott, who committed while visiting. "Oregon is my dream school, so I'm very excited.
"The visit helped seal the deal. I loved everything -- the coaching staff, the facilities and the resources. I'm fully committed."
He has already developed a close relationship with running backs coach Donte Pimpleton.
"He's a really cool guy," Elliot said. "He's works hard and he'll do whatever he can to help you. He told me he would move me around and they'll have different ways to get me the ball."
The Hillside standout is excited about the opportunity to play for new head coach Willie Taggart.
"He's a great coach and has a great personality," Elliott said. "He really cares about you as a person and developing you as a young man. It's not all about football.
"He's building something special at Oregon and I'm very excited to play for him. He's doing a great job and he's got a plan."
Oregon has seven commitments and the 2018 recruiting class is ranked No. 13 in the country.
