East No. 3 DT Jayson Ademilola is committed to Notre Dame but Big Ten, SEC on him

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Notre Dame commit Jayson Ademilola dominated at The Opening Regional, and he showed why schools continue to recruit him hard.

Evaluation: Scout 300 defensive tackle Jayson Ademilola committed to Notre Dame nearly a year ago, but schools continue to recruit the Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep standout with fervor.

During The Opening Regional at the New York Jets' practice facility, he showed why the interest is still high.

The 6-foot-3, 284-pound Ademilola was dominant, and impressive in so many ways. He was extremely quick at the snap of the ball, he was active and violent with his hands, and his power was noticeable.

Ademilola played low and his explosion and ability to get up the field from the 3-technique spot was sharp. He used a swim move, a club and he also won reps with a rip. Bull rushing is not allowed, but Ademilola was able to get the offensive lineman off balance and use his strength to push past.

Overall, it was quite the impressive performance.

Schools Discussed in Video: Notre Dame, Ohio State and Alabama
