DT Kevin Thurmon transferring from Ball State

Defensive tackle Kevin Thurmon has decided to leave Ball State. Find out more about him here.

Defensive tackle Kevin Thurmon, who prepped at Mount Carmel then signed with Ball State has informed Scout of his intentions to transfer.

Thurmon said he has been released and that it was a mutual decision between him and the school.

The list of schools he is looking at includes Arizona, Iowa State, FIU, NC State, UTSA, Michigan State, North Dakota State, Indiana, Purdue, Oregon State, Virginia Tech, Washington State, UNLV, Penn State and more.

Thurmon played for the Cardinals as a freshman, then became the starter as a sophomore, playing every spot on the defensive line from nose tackle to five-tech.
