Springfield (OH) defensive back Moses Douglass has already put together an amazing offer list for a 2019 recruit, and he is looked at as one of the top prospects in the Midwest.
The son of former NFL player and current Springfield head coach Moe Douglass, the younger Douglass holds nearly 20 offers to date. His latest is from Alabama.
"The offer from Alabama means a lot to be honest, and I see all the players they put in the NFL," Douglass stated. "They have so many talented players on the roster now, and their coaching staff is great. I like the way they run their program."
"Coach (Derrick) Ansley was at my school, and after watching film with my dad he said I had the offer," he added. "We couldn't talk much because of the rules, so we just shook hands. This offer puts Alabama right up at the top with my other favorite schools."
"I want to go there this summer for camp, and we are working on that right now," he continued. "I know Coach (Nick) Saban has a reputation for developing defensive backs, and I know Landon Collins and HaHa Clinton-Dix were in the Pro Bowl last year. I'm obviously very interested in Alabama."
In addition to Alabama, Douglass is also highly interested in Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan, and all of those schools have offered.
