The Offers Are Pouring in Early and Often for 2020 WR Aydin Henningham

Florida, Tennessee and LSU are just some of the offers on the table for Florida-based 2020 receiver, Aydin Henningham.

Aydin Henningham is over three years away from strutting across the stage with his high school diploma, but already managed to scoop upf more than a half-dozen scholarship offers.

Henningham, a 2020 receiver at Delray Beach (Fla.) Atlantic, also recently secured a spot on Scout's Top Underclassmen list from the Under Armour All-America Camp in Miami.

"It's just truly a blessing earning all these offers," Henningham said. "All the days I stayed after practice to do a little extra so I can get better paid off.

"I would like to thank God for all of this. They said hard work pays off and it did."

One of those verbal offers comes from coach Jim McElwain and the in-state Florida Gators.

"Growing up, Florida was one of my favorite schools, so there's already love for them," Henningham said. "I was excited when (running backs) coach (JaJuan) Seider told me I had an offer from Florida. They have a great coaching staff up in Gainesville.

"What's not to like about the Gators? I used to watch them play on TV all the time as a kid, so that's what really made me like them as a kid."

Henningham has more than enough time to educate himself on the LSU Tigers, but is brimming with joy after capturing the prestigious offer just roughly 24 hours ago.

"I would like to go up there one day to visit the campus," Henningham said. "What I like about LSU is the football program they have. Not only football but education, too.

"Overall, LSU is just a great program. That's what I like about them."

Henningham, who also covets an offer from nearby Miami (Fl), plans to make full use of his time away from the classroom by journeying out to a stable of college campuses.

"I go to Florida State and Miami camps every year, but I plan on traveling and going all over for camps this year," Henningham said. "I don't have any visits planned out for now."

The 6-foot-1, 172-pound freshman has reeled in additional offers from KentuckyTennesseePittsburghVirginia Tech and Iowa State.
