Making the cut were: Arizona State, Houston, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Utah, West Virginia, Iowa State, LSU, Nevada, Penn State, and Texas A&M.
"I feel as if these 12 schools have the best opportunity for me moving forward on and off the field," Baldwin said of his list of which nine of the schools have offered him a scholarship and three (LSU, PSU, TAMU) are still showing a high interest.
"Each offer to me is special," Baldwin Jr. said, "because of the hard work we put in through the week with my coach and my trainer. It all pays off. It is a blessing. We are just taking it all in right now and seeing everything through and making sure I am making the right decision before I commit."
