Notre Dame DE commit Justin Ademilola in action at The Opening New Jersey

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Notre Dame defensive end commit Justin Ademilola in 1-on-1s at The Opening Regional.

Defensive end Justin Ademilola committed to Notre Dame nearly 11 months ago, and the Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep standout worked hard to develop his game since then.

In The Opening Regional at the New York Jets' practice facility, he showcased his development. He got off the ball well at the snap, and he relied a lot on speed to get to the edge and try to dip his shoulder to get around the offensive tackle. (Clips are in the video player at the top of the page.)

Ademilola, who is 6-foot-2, 245 pounds, showed a willingness to use different moves as well. He feigned outside and cut inside, and he was quick with his hands on several occasions to beat the offensive lineman to the initial punch. There were times Ademilola popped up too quickly and it hurt in the leverage battle.

He is committed to the Irish, but Ohio StateUCLA and Alabama continue to recruit him.
