Dante Stills, the No. 1 player in West Virginia, saw his recruitment change in the last few months despite his release of a top six, and he showed why during The Opening Regional Charlotte.
During the 1-on-1s at The Opening Regional, Stills demonstrated a great burst at the line of scrimmage, flexibility in dipping his shoulder to get underneath an offensive lineman and quick hands. Stills had versatility in winning reps inside and outside, and his strength was an asset.
Stills, a West Virginia legacy from Fairmont (W. Va.) High, had a great work rate, and even when he was blocked, he continued to try counter moves to get freed up and get to the quarterback.
