Parker Cupp, a 6-foot-5, 285-pound offensive lineman from Cedar Hill (Texas) is a prospect who has been a standout on the offensive line for one of the top prep programs in the nation.
He feels like he is playing even better entering his senior season and was working out at left tackle in the spring practices.
"I feel like I am improving on my physicality," Cupp said. "I still want to get better at it. I am still in the weight room trying to get stronger, but quickness is a good strength for me, I am very quick off the ball."
Cupp has three offers on board already with one coming from the FBS-level. He is on a few radars, most notably Baylor in the Big 12, a school that is very involved with recruiting his high school.
"So far I would say that Southern Miss comes at me really hard," I also have offers from Abilene Christian and Illinois State just offered the other day. It felt good with Southern Miss being my first offer and them believing in me quickly. That meant a lot to me."
"Baylor shows a lot interest and I am going to a camp this summer. Its only like an hour, so I like the distance from there to my house. I have been down there a couple of times for practice and I really liked it overall."
