Last summer, Michigan State became the first Power 5 offer for in-state offensive lineman Mustafa Khaleefah after his two camp performanced in East Lansing. The Dearborn product committed to the Spartans shortly.
Now they are looking for a similar situation with Saline's Dimitri Douglas, who was offered on Saturday after camping with the Spartans on Wednesday then returning again.
"MSU is at the top of my list," he said. "It means a lot to receive this offer from my first Power 5 school. Yhey told me after the camp on Wednesday that if I perform well again they would offer and they said I played well today."
Douglas has no other camps planned at this time.
