Four-Star ATH Devon Cooley Talks Recent UCLA Visit, Recent Washington State Offer

Buena Park (Calif.) athlete Devon Cooley always impressed and he had another strong showing at the recent UCLA Elite Camp over the weekend.

Devon Cooley is one of the region's top two way performers and could end up on either side of the ball in college.

He shined on the camp and 7v7 circuit at both receiver and safety this off-season and has all the physical tools you want in a next level athlete. He has a long, athletic frame, runs well and has strong hands. As a safety, he plays with plenty of toughness and physicality and covers a lot of ground in the secondary.

On the recruiting front, Cooley was back at UCLA on Friday for the Bruins Elite Camp, the same event where he landed an offer from them a year ago. UCLA could be the team to beat right now but Washington State is a recent offer that Cooley is intrigued by and he could visit several other schools as well including ArizonaArizona StateBoise State and Illinois.

To hear Cooley breakdown his recent visit to UCLA as well as potential visits for the rest of the summer and a timeframe for a decision, check out the video above:
