It's becoming apparent that the 2019 defensive line class in the state of Ohio is going to be pretty special, and several player are holding multiple Division-I offers at this time.
Cincinnati Elder defensive end Spencer Bono has the size and speed college coaches are looking for, and the offers are already coming for the three-star prospect.
"I've been to Iowa, Notre Dame, Boston College, Michigan State and Ohio State recently for camps," Bono stated. "Boston College was great, and I had a really good time there. I was there for two days, and I was able to tour the campus and see the facilities. I had an awesome time and loved it."
"Iowa was great as well, and it was nothing like I expected it to be," he added. "Iowa City was pretty cool and the coaches showed me a lot of hospitality. Coach (Kirk) Ferentz was awesome, and Iowa is right there with BC for me. Being at Notre Dame was amazing, and I'd love to have that offer."
"Michigan State told me they are going to continue to recruit me hard throughout the year, and I really like Coach (Harlon) Barnett a lot," he continued. "When I was at Ohio State there were over 700 kids there, so it was cool to be pulled into the select group. I did meet Coach (Larry) Johnson for the first time, and I liked it there."
