Jerrard Tarrant was one of Georgia Tech's first commitments of the year, and he has helped lead his team to the State Quarterfinals after Carrollton beat Stephens County Friday Night.
Tarrant was all over the field with tackles on special teams, a big interception
to open the third quarter, punt returns to set up field position, and a big, big
1st down reception late in the fourth quarter in which he spun out of a tackle
to fight for the first down yardage. That play kept the clock moving as
Carrollton converted on a long third down.
Tarrant is listed as a corner, but he could also play wide receiver at Georgia
Tech. He is an athlete that is all over the field, and he proved it Friday
See him in action in this presentation by ScoutTV.
