"I have decided I am not going to visit any other schools. I am going to Auburn," said Raven Gray. "I will graduate from here in December and will enroll at Auburn. Ole Miss was trying to lock me in the state, but I am not going to visit them."
"I spoke to coach [Steven] Ensminger tonight. He asked me to come up to the game this weekend, and I am going to do that. He asked me to come for my official visit in November for the Alabama game. He also told me to continue to focus on my grades and graduate in December."
Gray attended the Auburn-Mississippi State game, but he knew the Tigers would take care of business in Gainesville.
"I knew they were going to win the game," he said. "They can't run on that defense. Tim Tebow can't run on that defense. I wasn't surprised at all to see Auburn win the game."
"I went to their game against Mississippi State, and I will go to their game this weekend against Vanderbilt. I think they could have done better. There are some spots on the defense where they need help."
"They have not been in the top 10 in recruiting the past two years. They need to go out and recruit some good players."
The five-star prospect is one of the best to come out of the state of Alabama. He hopes to get on the field as soon as possible for the Tigers.
"I am going to go up there and work hard. I know I am a five-star athlete, and I have to back it up with my performance. I think I am going to come in and play even if I don't start. I am going to do my best to make an impact," Gray said.
"I am doing real good in my classes this year. There is not going to be any problem with me graduating in December."
