Bullock Adds Top Flight Offer

Randy Bullock has been adding offers at a steady pace, but got some extremely good news just prior to an unofficial visit this weekend when one of his favorite schools stepped up to the plate with a scholarship opportunity.

It is not that often when kickers are good enough to be able to go deep enough in the recruiting process to collect as many as five official scholarship offers because they usually pounce on one of their first opportunities, but the new rule moving the ball back to the 30-yard line for kick-offs has changed the way that coaches and potential prospects approach the entire recruiting process.

A kicker with an extremely strong leg is more valuable than they were even a year ago, and Klein kicker Randy Bullock combines one of the strongest legs in the nation to go along with great accuracy.

Bullock may be the most desirable kicker left on the "market" and he has been booming field goals and kick-offs all season long, and the offers have been rolling in steadily over the last few months.

Rice, Tulsa, TCU and San Diego State were the first four schools to step up to the plate with an offer for Bullock, but he received some extremely good news this past weekend when Texas A&M informed him that they were offering him a full ride.

"They offered right before the game on Saturday," Bullock informed. "My brother and my mother were there with me, so it was just an awesome experience."

"The game was just awesome after that. They struggled early and got down by 17, but the defense came up big in the second half and they were able to come back to win the game."

Bullock was blown away by the A&M offer, but he is trying not to make any hasty decisions.

"I will probably wait and see what comes over the next few weeks," Bullock explained. "I think I will definitely have a decision by the end of the season."

Outside of the five offers Bullock is still receiving interest from schools like LSU, Florida, South Carolina and Texas Tech, but when asked if A&M was his current leader he had a quick response.

"Definitely," he exclaimed!
