"It was tight," said Jones. "I basically saw all the guys I already know and some of the other visitors. I've been there so many times that there wasn't really anything different for me to see. Chinny (Chinonsu Anyanwu) was my host and he's real cool."
Jones said that the only real difference between this visit and his unofficials was this time he got to meet new head coach Rick Neuheisel.
"I met with Coach Neuheisel and Coach (Todd) Howard and they just talked about how I would be used there. Coach Neuheisel is really cool. He's energetic and was excited to see me. I had talked to him on the phone but that was my first time meeting him. Everyone kept saying he was energetic and I can see why."
Jones said that Howard and DeWayne Walker talked with him more in-depth about where they saw him on the defensive line.
"Basically, I'm bigger than all the defensive end's with the weight I have. If it happened to be a position switch, they'd switch me to outside ‘backer. But I'm straight where I'm at," said Jones.
"Nah, I don't think so on those trips," said Jones. "It's basically between UCLA and Oregon. I'm still a commit to UCLA but I'm serious about Oregon too."
So does Jones have a time frame to when he'll make his final decision?
"I don't think I can answer that question," said Jones. "When it feels right I guess."
Jones said that Oregon and UCLA would be coming in for in-home visits in the next two weeks.
