Hill recently visited the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. and came away impressed, "It went really, really well. The first night we met our player hosts and got to meet all the coaches. They put us up in a hotel. The next day they took us on a campus tour and we did an academic briefing. It was really nice; I really liked it." said Hill.
Reading holes on offense and getting in and out of them are Hill's strengths offense. Hill, who earned all-league honors as a running back after his senior year, says that his defensive strength is reacting to the ball. Hill finished his senior year with 123 carries for 870 yards, 9 touchdowns and had 4 receptions for 75 yards. Defensively he had 20 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 6 passes defended.
Hill plans to major in Mechanical Engineering and is looking for a school with solid academics and good football.
Hill, who says he wants to take all his visits before picking a school, commented that Army was his early favorite because he's been there on a visit. Hill also commented on Navy and Air Force.
Air Force: "their football program stands out to me. They've been winning a lot of games there lately."
Navy: "the same deal (as Air Force). They went to a bowl game this year. They are a program that has been successful."
