ScoutTV: Williams a Terror on the Edge

Josh Williams was a talented prospect in his junior season, but thing really came together for him throughout his senior year as he emerged as one of the very best defensive end talents in the entire country. Down the stretch he was wanted by most of the major programs in the Big 12, but he went with his heart and signed with Nebraska.

Josh Williams, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound defensive end from Ryan High in Denton, Texas had offers on the table from a multitude of college programs, but in the end it basically came down to Colorado and Nebraska.

After making an initial pledge to the Huskers he switched it up and switched to CU on the same week that former commits Doug Rippy and Bryce Givens pulled the trigger. After thinking about it his heart was not in Boulder and he made the call to the Nebraska coaching staff to let them know he was a true Cornhusker.
