This past weekend I was lucky enough to make it to Dekalb, Illinois for the MAC conference showdown between Northern Illinois and Bowling Green.
Bowling Green quarterback Josh Harris was as good as advertised. When I look at Harris I see a lot Bloomington, Illinois gunslinger Andre Brown.
Brown isn't as fast as Harris but has all the intangibles to be a very good quarterback at the next level.
The MAC is a very good conference and Andre Brown could be playing his college football in that conference.
"We're looking at Northern Illinois, Cincinnati and Miami (Ohio) right now," said Art Brown, the father of Andre Brown.
"Arkansas is still in the picture and we just heard from Georgia this week. Iowa and Missouri have been calling on a regular basis."
Brown doesn't have any official visits set up at this time. His Bloomington squad is undefeated and play this weekend in quarterfinal action.
