Phoenix (Az.) Washington High School DE Kharyee Marshall informed Scout.com that he received a new offer; his sixth.
He tells us just moments ago, "I just got an offer from San Diego State."
He adds, "Yesterday Coach Nelson told me they were going to watch my highlight tape again as a staff but the the final decision was up to him. He just sent me an email and said it was official that they want me to play for them. He liked what he saw and offered me"
Marshall's other offers are from UTEP, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Boise State.
"It is a great feeling to have six offers," he says. "But I will commit before school starts so that there is no weight on my shoulders and so I can stay focused on the season."
Marshall (6-3 200) has been one of the most productive players in Arizona over the past two years. He has been a 1st team all-region selection two years in a row and had an outstanding junior season, tallying 106 tackles, 16 sacks, an interception, a blocked punt and blocked field goal and a fumble recovery which he returned for a score.
Here are some highlights of Marshall in action:
