"Charles is doing his homework," said Terry Siddoway, Charles' mother.
Siddoway explained to us that she was in control of Charles' phone until he caught up on his studies. It is easy to see why Siddoway carries near a 3.0 GPA and sports a 1630 SAT score. With direction and focus like that, he will surely succeed at the next level, where Siddoway has numerous options.
Arizona State, Army, and Portland State are his most recent offers. They join schools Alabama, California, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA, and Washington in his recruitment. His top five remains Alabama, Arizona State, Cal, Oregon, and Cal.
"They may be his top five, but he is not putting anyone on the wayside," Siddoway said. "My main concern, if he is comfortable with the coaches and school. It is all his decision."
Siddoway visited UCLA last weekend and this weekend will take his second official visit to Cal. "We're excited [about Berkeley]," said Siddoway of her and sons upcoming trip.
Siddoway is flying in early Saturday morning since he has a game Friday evening against Roseburg. His mom will accompany him on his official visit. Alabama is the only other school on the radar for potential visits at this time.
