DeJoshua Johnson releases new Top Five

The Pahokee, Florida junior slot-receiver standout is ready to name his first top five -- two of which he says 'will always be there no matter what'.

Pahokee, Florida junior standout DeJoshua Johnson has had coaches calling for quite some time. After an impressive performance earlier this month in leading his Palm Beach County team to the championship at the Badger Sports 7-on-7 tournament, Johnson is ready to name a top five.

"Well, right now my top five would be Michigan, Florida St., Alabama, West Virginia, and Tennessee," he told GoBlueWolverine.

The 5-10 160-pound speedster also said, "Michigan and FSU will always be in my top five," even though his list changes every week.

This spring and summer Johnson is planning on visiting all of his top schools -- including Michigan to see his former Pahokee high school teammates Vincent Smith and Brandin Hawthorne.

DeJoshua also recently got an invitation to play in the Under-Armor All-American game presented by ESPN, but he is undecided if he will play in that or the US Army All-American game.

Right now Johnson is taking recruiting in stride and getting ready for Pahokee's spring practice to start on May 2nd.
