Dealing with personalities isn't always easy.

Tennessee fans, who were unhappy by the sudden departure of Lane Kiffin and his coaching staff, may now be thankful for the end result.

"I always liked Tennessee," Stone said. "I can go there and be successful. I saw a change in stability and somewhere I could go and prosper."
