Morales sets up visits

Its been three weeks since Arlington Sam Houston o-lineman Tony Morales picked up an offer from SMU. The 6'4, 300 pound junior was supposed to visit SMU on Monday, but ran into a snag.

"I talked with Coach Klemm a couple days ago," said Morales to on Sunday. "I was supposed to visit SMU on Monday, but my dad has to work. He couldn't get the time off, so we had to reschedule. I'm planning on visiting SMU sometime next week. I'm going to Texas Tech this Saturday."

Besides for his offers from SMU and Texas Tech, Missouri and Kansas State have extended offers to the o-lineman.

"I'm really excited to take some visits. I just want to get to know each school and all the coaches better," said Morales.

Last year Morales was a 5A All-District 1st team o-lineman. With spring practices looming in nearly a month, Morales is excited to get things going.

"Last year I didn't get to practice in the spring because I was hurt. This will actually be my first spring practices since my freshman year." will catch up with Morales after he visits SMU.
