South Georgia trio camping at UGA

This high school has never had a Division I signee, but they will have three in the next two classed. All three will be in Athens this weekend camping at Georgia.

Lanier County started playing football in 1997 and they have yet to send a player on to the Division I level.

They will have three over the next two years though and Georgia has them on campus this weekend for the Mark Richt Camp.

Anthony Ethridge is a 2011 athlete that will likely play outside linebacker on the next level. He is a 6-foot-3, 215 pound athlete that plays wide receiver and defensive end in high school. Georgia along with Alabama, Clemson, and Florida are showing the most interest in Ethridge.

There is a pair to watch in the 2012 class.

Junior Gnonkonde and Jeremy Daniels are on a number of radars at this time and both look to emerge as top recruits in their class.

Gnonkonde is a 6-foot-4, 220 pound athlete that plays with a lot of energy. He is very athletic and he plays fast with pads on.

Daniels is a 6-foot-6, 360 pound offensive lineman. He is a lean 360 pounds and he carries his weight very well. He plays light on his feet also.

Both rising juniors are being recruited by Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, and Georgia among others.

Expect to hear more about this trio throughout the summer and into the fall.
