This week we have a lot of recruiting updates on offers from around the state. We will have some more recruit highlights next week and more recruiting updates as we get ready for the regular season.
The Class of 2011 is going to go down as one of the best recruiting classes for Johnny Ringo's Plano East High School team. They have two committed players and one more with an offer on the table with several others having a chance to get an offer.
Having committed are Lyndell Johnson and Jacob Brendel, both to BCS schools, the third with an offer is Darius Hood to the Southland Conference.
"Lyndell Johnson has committed to Oklahoma State and Jacob Brendel to UCLA. Darius Hood has been offered by Texas State", said Plano East's Johnny Ringo.
Other Plano East players with a chance for a college scholarship are Ryan Garrey, safety Kyle Foster, and in the 2012 Class you have Tre Jones, Corey Bassett and Dante' Taylor.
Stay with Scout.com for more on Plano East players and the rest of the state.
