What to Like:
Moore played a key role in Jefferson becoming one of the state's most productive passing attacks. He was a playmaker all season and put up big numbers while playing against quality competition on a weekly basis. At 6-foot-2+, he has ideal size to be an outside receiver. He can catch balls in traffic and go deep on occasion. He understands the passing game well, has been productive at this level, and has some nice upside because of his frame.
What may concern you:
While he's a big target and has been productive, he doesn't have breakaway speed. He gets by in high school but the transition to major college football may be tough. He's also not even Jefferson's best receiver. Their go-to guy is Andre Davis, another major college prospect. Can he become a legit number one threat? It's possible but hasn't been done yet. He has some tools but also has some areas of concern.
Cincinnati did an excellent job of grabbing Moore away from some ACC and SEC programs that recruit Florida a lot. They're getting a low end three-star kid with some nice upside to do some things in their already prolific passing game.
