Steve Dunlap has been part of the West Virginia football program since the early 1970s. As a player, he was an outstanding linebacker who still holds the WVU single game record for tackles (28), and he returned as a graduate assistant and assistant coach for three different stints over parts of the next four decades. Now a director of development for the Mountaineer Athletic Club and a jack-of-all trades for the football program, Dunlap continues to keep himself involved with a job that has been intertwined with his life.
