Oregon Ducks Reveal New Lightning Yellow Uniforms for Saturday's Tilt Against Virginia

Perhaps the Oregon Ducks loudest uniforms of the season will be featured this weekend.

In time for the traditional "yellow-out" is this weekend at Autzen Stadium, the Oregon Ducks unveiled a new "lightning yellow" jersey combination.

The distinctions between previous "lightning yellow" jerseys and the ones that will be in the faces of Virginia Cavaliers players this weekend are the new shoulder pad and helmet designs. The Ducks will be wearing black helmets with two variations of the mascot Puddles on each side, accompanied with yellow face masks.

Ever since Oregon first released the "lightning-yellow" jersey combination on August 30, 2003, against Mississippi State, the Ducks played well, including a win over then top-10 ranked Michigan State in 2014.
