Graduation Success Rate (GSR) data released by the NCAA showed that 82 percent of Division I freshmen scholarship student-athletes who entered college in 2004 earned a degree. Encouragingly, the study also revealed that 77 percent of black men's Division I basketball players who entered college in 2009 earned a degree within six years, up five points from a year earlier and a record high.
Scout counts down the GSR for ACC football programs in the video above, from first to worst, for students entering school in 2009, the most recent data available. As you'll see, the rates range significantly from top to bottom.
