The Alabama Crimson Tide Dominated the All-SEC Selections

The Alabama Crimson Tide dominated the All-SEC Selections with nine first team selections and 11 overall. LSU was second with seven first team selections and nine overall. No other team had more than six make first or second team.

DE - Jonathan Allen
Senior Defensive End and Nagurski trophy winner Jonathan Allen was selected to the team after having 8.5 sacks in his final season

OL - Cameron Robinson
At 6'6 and 326 pounds Cam Robinson played a major role in Bama's run game.

QB - Jalen Hurts
A surprise to some that the freshman was selected as the First team All-SEC QB, but the young QB threw for 2592 yards and 22 touchdowns while leading his team to a SEC championship

CB - Eddie Jackson
Jackson suffered a broken leg in game eight this season. In the games he did play he was undeniably a star of the Alabamas defense with 15 solo tackles and 1 interception

WR - Ardarius Stewart 
Hurts connected with Stewart for 852 yards and 8 touchdowns making him the No. 1 target throughout the 2016 season

DB - Minkah Fitzpatrick 
The Sophomore made 35 solo tackles and had 5 interceptions

TE - O.J. Howard
Howard had 445 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns, making him a prime target for the Bama Offense

WR - Calvin Ridley
Ridley made the second team offense with 727 receiving yards and 7 TDs

LB - Tim Williams
Williams made the 2nd Team All-SEC defense with 15.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks

P - JK Scott
Scott averaged 47.7 yards per punt, good for 2nd in the SEC and 3rd in the nation
