From High School To The NFL: LSU RB Leonard Fournette

Scout digs through the archives to bring you the tape, evaluation and recruitment of LSU running back and NFL hopeful Leonard Fournette.

High School Analysis:

There is not much Leonard Fournette does not do at a very high level. He is a running back with a great blend of power and speed. He can run with force, but he can also make a defender miss in the open field. He does a great job of setting up defenders, he hits the hole quickly, and he is very good at getting those yards after contact. Most look at Fournette and they may question his quickness and agility, but don't. - Chad Simmons

After earning almost every major offer, the No. 1 prospect in the Class of 2014, Leonard Fournette went into the week of the Under Armour All-America Game with three finalists: Alabama, LSU and Texas. With just days before his announcement, Fournette admitted to Scout that he had not made up his mind and had his parents come to the UA game to talk over his decision. When the UA game finally came, Forunette ended the suspense and picked the LSU Tigers.
