Breaking: Jeff Tedford gets first commit at Fresno State, Quarterback George Reyna

Multiple sources confirm to that West Los Angeles College quarterback Jorge Reyna has committed to Fresno State.

New Fresno State Head Coach Jeff Tedford has his first commit, just 24 hours after the final game leading into the Tedford era. 

Multiple sources confirm to that West Los Angeles quarterback Jorge Reyna gave his commitment to the Bulldogs today.

Reyna is 6-foot-2 and 205 pounds and lists a 4.7 forty time.

Why join?

At West LA, Reyna threw for more yards per game than any quarterback in the CCCAA at 364.4 yards per game. On the season he threw for 3,646 yards on 70.6 percent completions while tossing 39 touchdowns to only 8 interceptions. 

Reyna was a class of 2015 high school graduate from Downey High School - Jeff Tedford's home town. Reyna is eligible as a midyear transfer, meaning he can sign to Fresno State in December and join the team for spring practice. He has three years to play two.
