Tedford picks defensive coordinator: Orlondo Steinauer

Fresno State announced Wednesday that Orlondo Steinauer will be Fresno State's next defensive coordinator.

Fresno State's new defensive coordinator will come from Canada. 

Orlondo Steinauer spent the last four years as the defensive coordinator of the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats, with an assistant head coach title added in 2016. From 2010 to 2012, he was the defensive backs coach for the Toronto Argonauts. 

Prior to his coaching career, Steinauer played at Western Washington University and then went onto a 13-year career in the CFL as a player. He was named an all-star multiple times.
