Vildor Ready To Soar With Eagles
We caught up with Kindle Vildor DB prospect from College Park, GA to see why he decided to end his recruitment and commit to Willie Fritz and company just last Friday. "Really, it was a combination of things but I really love the opportunity at GS," Vildor explained to EagleSportsInsider. Vildor said with his colllege football decision in the rear-view mirror he is now focused on reaching the state playoffs in his senior season and preparing for his arrival at GS. While Vildor excels on both sides of the ball his future seems exceptionally bright at defensive back and that is where he will be when he arrives at GS. "I really love both WR and DB but a lot of schools were recruiting me at DB and I do feel with my size and speed I can make a big impact early at DB," Vildor said. "I love the being physical and matching up with top WRs and because I play WR I feel I have an advantage on what they might do." he mentioned. While he was not showing out at camps, Vildor also was a visitor at GS and mentioned a few things stood out to him on his visit to Statesboro, "Man the atmosphere is great, the campus, everything really - I can not wait to be of Eagle Nation," Vildor said. We asked Vildor if he could play with one person at the next level who would it be and without hesitation he had an answer - "Oh, Sam Jackson from McEachern... that's my guy and we have been talking about playing together so hopefully it will happen," Vildor told ESI. One thing is for sure with another commitment in the boat for the defending Sunbelt Champs and that is they are not slowing down anytime soon on the recruiting trail and are getting another big time talent in in-state playmaker Kindle Vildor. "I would love to get the sack record and go back to state," Willis said to EagleSportsInsider.com.
