Chasing a Legacy, Tech Gets Commit #2

Chase Roberts is an offensive linemen out of Greater Atlanta Christian school who's father attended Georgia Tech. Today, at practice, Chase informed the Georgia Tech coaches that he intends to follow in his father's steps and become a Yellow Jacket.

Chase Roberts gave his commitment to the Jackets today at practice. He only had an offer from Georgia Tech but was gaining interest from such schools as Georgia, North Carolina, and Vanderbilt. Chase received the offer he was waiting for in early February and decided today that he wanted to take advantage of that offer.

Roberts is bright kid that was gaining momentum on the recruiting trail by impressing at camps he attended. His family lives in Norcross so it'll be a short drive for them to see him playing on Saturdays.

He grew up as a Yellow Jacket fan and will now get to play for his hometown team. Jacket fans should be excited about seeing this talent making holes for B-Backs and A-Backs for years to come. Top Stories
