Ebenezer Ogundeko has been busy ever since he made his decision to open up his recruitment. "It has really stepped up lately." Ogundeko recently visited Rutgers. He toured the campus and talked with some of the coaches. "Two weeks earlier they sent me an offer so I wanted to check them out."
Georgia Tech is another school that recently offered Ebenezer. "I have spoken with Coach (Al) Groh and I plan on taking a visit to the campus this summer."
The offer from Georgia Tech came in a telephone conversation. "We talked about it over the phone and when I come down there for a visit to their camp or just a summer visit, they will talk to me more."
Ebenezer is seriously considering Georgia Tech. "I know they run a 3-4 and I can play either outside linebacker or defensive end in that scheme. Ebenezer feels that his 6' 4"-240 is what Coach Groh is looking for to play either position." Ebenezer's 4.69 forty speed is also a positive for Groh's defensive scheme.
Ogundeko's offer list has now grown to 14. "The schools off the top of my head are Georgia Tech, Arizona State, Rutgers, Boise State, Boston College, Connecticut, Maryland, North Carolina A&T, Ohio State, Purdue, Michigan, Syracuse, and Vanderbilt."
Ebenezer is equally adept at defending the run and the pass. "When I tackle, I tackle hard and through the player; I wrap up very well." He islooking to improve all facets of his game. "You don't want to become complacent. You want to keep on improving no matter how good you are at doing something."
