The two schools in contention have both turned up their recruitment over the past few weeks. "Both Georgia Tech and Purdue have really starting recruiting me hard lately." Jeune likes both schools and his college choice will probably come down to one of those two schools.
Ricky has recently talked to Georgia Tech linebacker coach Joe Speed about coming to Atlanta for an official visit. "We set the date for January 11th for my official with Georgia Tech." Jeune has yet to set an official visit date with Purdue.
In their conversation, Coach Speed let Jeune know that the Tech coaches are all in agreement that he could come in and earn playing time as a freshman. "They love the film from my senior season." Ricky has also grown over the year and is now 6'3"-205. "Coach Speed says that Coach (Paul) Johnson loves the tall, strong wide receivers and he feels I fit exactly what he is looking for in a wideout."
The distance from New Jersey to Atlanta will not be a problem for Ricky in making his decision. "I like the school, the location, and everything. It wouldn't be a factor at all."
Jeune will be making his decision based on how comfortable he feels at each school. "It will also come down to how well I get along with the staff and which school I feel needs me the most."
