The Rising Seniors game was a chance for Nick to play with and against some of the best juniors in the state of Georgia. "While I didn't get a lot of carries in the game, I did real well when I was in there."

Georgia Tech will be one of the destinations for Chubb. He will be traveling to Tech on January 20th. "A bunch of us will get together and watch the NFL conference championship games that day. Coach (Brian) Bohannon has really stayed with me during this process."

Chubb also has plans to visit Tennessee but a date hasn't been set at this time. "I will be going to Ohio State for their Junior Day on February 10th."

Going into these visits, Nick has received offers from Georgia Tech, Tennessee, Ohio State, and Purdue. "Georgia has said they will offer and for me to consider having the offer. It is just a matter of time before I get the offer from their coaches."

Nick looks at Georgia Tech's spread option as a plus in his recruitment. "It helps. We run that offense at Cedartown." Chubb plays the B Back position in the Cedartown offense. "Coach Bohannon feels I am talented enough to be a B-Back or an A-Back in the Georgia Tech offense."

No timetable has been set by Nick for making his college choice. He has not given much thought on when he'll make his decision. "I just want to be sure of my decision when I do make it." Top Stories
