Jarrett is happy with his recruitment and he continues to remain open to all schools. He is happy with his offers and is also getting interest from other schools that haven't offered. I'd say a majority of the schools that have offered are the ones I am interested in right now."
One of the recent visitors to Jarrett's school was Georgia Tech Coach Dave Walkosky. "He came by my school and talked with my head coach." The message from Coach Walkosky was what Georgia Tech has a lot to offer student-athletes. "Georgia Tech has offered and they will be one of the schools I will consider."
LaRubbio likes what he's heard from Coach Walkosky. "Coach Walkosky is a real good guy. I like him a lot." Georgia Tech is a school that Jarrett wants to get to know more about. "I will do a lot of research on them and see how much of a fit they would be for me." Jarrett and his parents will try to visit Tech this summer.
Don't look for a favorites list anytime soon from Jarrett. "I want every school to know that I am open to all and no school is leading for me." All schools will get an equal chance from Jarrett.
A date for a decision on LaRubbio's college choice is something that is uncertain at this time. "With the amount of schools that offered and the possibility of more offers, my decision might take a bit longer than anticipated."
Jarrett is looking for a school where he feels comfortable. "I want to be comfortable with the coaches and players there as well as the school environment." Distance will not be a factor for Jarrett.
