"It went really well. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I liked everything about the trip." One of the highlights of the trip for Hardin was talking to Georgia Tech Coach Paul Johnson.
Hardin was impressed with the way Coach Johnson presented himself and Georgia Tech. "Coach Johnson has a very impressive resume and he really knows how to put Georgia Tech out there in the best way." Cole also spent some time with offensive line coach Mike Sewak.
Coach Johnson talked to Cole about the way Tech would prepare him for anything. Coach Sewak also talked to Cole about their offensive line and how it differs from other schools. "You come in and start out at center and work your way out until you find the position that fits your skill set the best." Coach Sewak feels that Cole would be a center or guard in the Tech offense.
In spite of having a great time at Tech, Cole is not ready to name any favorites. "I want to take some more visits, especially some visits in the fall for game day atmosphere. However, I really did enjoy this visit a lot, a whole lot."
The next visit for Cole will be to Vanderbilt. He'll make the trip to Nashville this Sunday. "That is probably all I will do this summer unless it is a one day team type camp." Cole and his teammates will soon begin off-season workouts to get ready for his senior season.
Look for Cole to be back at Tech sooner than later. "The quarterback at my high school, Kendrick Doss, wants to come with me to a cookout Georgia Tech is holding on the 7th of June. We both want to go and the plan is for us to be there."
