Moon and his teammates ended their season with a second round loss in the playoffs. Signal Mountain will be looking to Moon to be a leader next season at right tackle and he'll occasionally play tight end.

Georgia Tech Coach Andy McCollum visited his school and the visit led to a Georgia Tech offer. Coach McCollum met with Moon's coach on the visit to the school. "I saw Coach McCollum leaving as I was going into my high school coach's office. He told me that Coach McCollum offered me a scholarship and invited me down to watch the team practice as they get ready for the Music City Bowl."

Moon plans to make the trip to Atlanta to watch the Tech practice. " It will be a good time to see how the team works and I might get a chance to talk with the coaches."

Other bowl practice visits are in the works for Harrison. "I will go to Vandy and some other schools have expressed interest in me coming." Harrison plans to call those schools to see what times they are holding their practices.

Junior Day visits to Tech and Vanderbilt are also being planned by Moon. He also plans to schedule other Junior Day visits. "Another thing I plan on doing this summer is attending as many camps as I can. I want to learn from the coaches and show them what I can do."

Georgia Tech is a school that interests Moon because of the combination of football and academics. "I have a 3.5 GPA and I want to go to a good academic school. "Georgia Tech sure fits that to a tee." Moon also has offers from Vanderbilt and UT-Chattanooga. Top Stories
