Robinson Hearing from GT

2015 Montclair (NJ) athlete Elijah Robinson currently holds four offers but more could be on the way. The three-star junior has begun to receive interest from Georgia Tech, among others.

2015 Montclair (NJ) athlete Elijah Robinson is a junior prospect that has gained a little steam on the recruiting trail. He currently holds offers from Massachusetts, Nebraska, Temple, and Virginia.

Robinson has also been hearing from a handful of other schools. One of the programs that has expressed interest in the three-star junior is Georgia Tech.

"Georgia Tech came by my school a week or two ago," said Robinson. "They said they are interested in me as a quarterback. They gave me some info and said that they would be back and would continue to recruit me."

Robinson isn't totally familiar with the Yellow Jacket program but is open to Georgia Tech. Their aggressiveness in the northeast shows that he could become a top target in the future.

"I believe it was their quarterbacks coach that stopped by," Robinson noted. "It was the first I had heard from them but I'm glad they want to stay in contact with me. I don't know much about them but they come from a big conference. I look forward to getting to know the coaches and the school."

Although he has no prior knowledge of what the Yellow Jackets bring to the table, Robinson is interested in learning more about Georgia Tech to see what they are about.

"I definitely would like to take a visit to Georgia Tech," he admitted. "They are interested in me and I want to show the same interest back. I'd like to get down there and see how it is."
