2015 Lake Forest (IL) power forward Evan Boudreaux recently just finished an unofficial visit to Georgia Tech. His trip to Atlanta was a successful one. He brought along family to check out the Yellow Jackets program as well.

"It went really well," said Boudreaux. "I had a good time. My parents and I enjoyed it."

The coaching staff made a strong impression on Boudreaux. He has yet to earn an offer from Georgia Tech but it could be just a matter of time.

"I really liked what the coaching staff is doing there," he told Boudreaux told Scout. "They value the whole package of the player, not just the one on the court. Coach Gregory is involved with the players and that was really cool to see. I think the coaches are doing a great job building the program."

"Talking to the coaches went really well," he added. "They said they're very excited about me. Coach Gregory just has to come see me play."

The Yellow Jackets pulled off a great win over Notre Dame while he was on campus and the 6-foot-7, 210 pound forward took notice.

"It was a great game," Boudreaux acknowledged. "It was really exciting and good for me to see how they play. I also liked seeing how the coaches handled the game."

Georgia Tech put on a great show for Boudreaux but he maintains that he isn't favoring any school as of now.

"I'm not real sure right now of any favorites," he noted. "I haven't really thought about ranking schools yet or anything like that." Top Stories
