Lance described his time at Tech as amazing. Lance was hosted on the visit by 2014 classmate KeShun Freeman. He also spent time with freshman linebacker P.J. Davis. "Both are pumped about the upcoming season and the class that is coming in this year." Lance is hoping to build a special class that keeps Tech moving in the right direction.

When Lance arrived on campus, he spent time with his fellow commits and some of the current players. "Everyone hit it off all weekend. The players really welcomed us to the Georgia Tech family and that is what I feel makes Georgia Tech a special place."

Saturday Lance and the other visitors went to the basketball game and toured the campus. "They showed us what to expect in college and they had a good plan for us on how to handle our academics and play football at major academic institution like Georgia Tech." All this made Lance wish he could start his college career now.

Coach Ted Roof met with Lance and his brother to let them know that he'd like to see them on the field at the same time. "He'd like to see each of us playing one of the corner spots and when we move to a nickel formation one of us could slide over to the nickel back." Coach Roof asked both brothers to work hard and come in ready to compete. Playing on special teams and making the two deep are both possibilities for the brothers.

Lance is looking forward to signing day. His school will hold a ceremony and he hopes to send in his letter of intent as early as possible. When he arrives on campus Lance plans on showing everyone that he is one of the hardest workers. "I want to show that I am a player and my height will not hold me back." Top Stories
