Melbourne, Florida running back Sekai Lindsay and his teammates recently completed their spring practices with their annual spring game. Several college coaches attended the game to evaluate Lindsay.

The game gave Lindsay and his teammates an idea of what they need to work on to get better. "We didn't win but I think we will be good to go once the fall gets here."

Lindsay has picked up some new offers this spring and his offer total is now at eleven. Indiana, Idaho, and UMass are the latest schools to offer Sekai. Lindsay also has a list of schoools that are recruitng him the hardest. Pittsburgh, Georgia Tech, Indiana, UMass, and FIU are really recruiting me hard right now."

Coach Mike Sewak from Georgia Tech was one of the coaches that attended Sekai's spring game. Coach Sewak has invited Lindsay to their recruiting day on June 5th. "I plan on making it up there if my transportation comes through. I'd like to be there when all the other recruits are there."

Along with the visit to Tech, Lindsay also plans to camp at in-state schools Florida and Florida State this summer. "I don't have any other visits lined up at this time."

Even though Sekai has a list of schools that are recruiting him hard, he considers himself wide open at this time. "A lot of schools are recruiting me and I want to have an open mind and give each school a fair shot."

Lindsay will be looking at the offenses run by the schools recruiting him. This will be one of the main factors Sekai will be looking at in making his decision. Lindsay will be looking for a school that likes to run the ball. Sekai will also be looking for a good business school. An additional factor for Sekai will be the depth chart at each school.

Don't look for Sekai to make an early decision. He still plans to wait until after his senior season to make his decision. "I want to be sure when I make my decision." Top Stories
