Profile - Tadarryl Marshall
Marshall made a return visit to Tech on Tuesday. Marshall made the trip with his dad. "I wanted my dad to go with me so we could see more of the school.” The Marshalls toured the campus, the practice field, the indoor facility, the CRC building, and the player’s lounge. “You can tell Tech takes pride in what they have to offer the student-athletes."
"I really enjoyed the visit. It was fun.” We reached the Marshalls on their trip home. They plan to discuss the visit when they get home and more during the week.
Tadarryl spent time with many of the coaches on the Georgia Tech staff. “Most of the coaches talked to me about what Georgia Tech offers a student-athlete.” The coaches also talked to Tadarryl about the lifestyle of the Tech students. “I really hit it off with the coaches. They are great guys."
Getting to watch practice was also part of the visit for Marshall. He got to see first-hand how Tech runs their offense. “I have all the confidence in myself that I know I can run that offense.” Tadarryl especially liked the quarterback’s role in the offense.
Marshall knows he has time before he has to make a decision but he has a clear favorite right now. “Georgia Tech is my number one school.” Marshall likes what the school has to offer and the location would allow his family to watch him play.
Seeing that he could be the first recruit on the board for Tech in 2016 intrigues Tadarryl. He is not, however, ready to commit. “I feel I need to take make more visits before I make a decision."
Tadarryl currently has nine or ten offers including one from Tech. The Tech coaches have invited Marshall back for the game with Clemson this Saturday and he plans to be there. Marshall has also visited Alabama and Mississippi State.
