Profile - Steven Bedosky
After touring the campus, Bedosky was surprised at what he saw. “The campus is so much bigger than you would expect and it is one of the best looking campuses I've seen. Steven and his dad had a great time on their visit.
Georgia Tech Coach Brad Waggoner hosted the Bedoskys. He gave them a look at the facilities as well as the academic side of things. “I was impressed with the indoor facility, the players’ lounge, the locker room, and the weight room.”
Bedosky also met with offensive line coach Mike Sewak. Coach Sewak explained to Steven that he would have a chance at all three line positions to find out where he best fits. At 6’5”-260, Steven knows he’ll be putting on more weight.vThe two of them also talked about return visits for spring practices, the spring game, and summer camp. “I told him that I would love to come back for all of them if possible.” The coaches’ dedication to the program and to the players made an impression on Steven and his dad.
Steven has two more visits planned. He’ll be going to Alabama on the 28th and then to Furman on March 28th. “I don't have anything else set up but I’m open to all invitations."
UT-Chattanooga is the lone offer thus far for Bedosky. “From conversations with my coach, I feel a few others are close to offering.”
An early decision is not in the plans for a Bedosky. He wants to have time to receive as many offers as possible and time to make a sound decision. The school’s academics and their coaching staff will be the two primary factors that will enter into his decision.
