Coleman planning on camping this summer

Pace Academy offensive lineman Timothy Coleman has seen a spike in his recruitment this spring as schools stopped by Pace to watch his practices. Coleman plans to attend camps this summer in search offers. One of those schools showing interest is Georgia Tech.

As a result of schools watching Coleman this spring, he has been invited to several summer camps. “My coach told me that when I show up for these camps to work hard and watch the offers start coming in for me.” Coleman plans to remain patient in looking for a good football program.

Georgia Tech will be one of the schools that will get a camp visit from Timothy. “They love my size.” At 6’3 ½”-290, Timothy would be a guard in Tech’s offense. “I want to get there and earn an offer for sure."

Coleman feels that the Tech offense would be a perfect fit. “I’d love to learn more from the Tech coaches.” Coleman’s dad also likes what he sees from Tech. “He wants me to choose a school where I can get a good education and play for a good football program.” Coleman feels that Tech meets that criteria.

Timothy currently holds four offers from Arkansas State, Florida International, Furman, and Georgia State. “Furman is showing me a lot of love." Coleman is also getting interest from Miami, South Carolina, and Wake Forest. He has been invited to their camps.

If Coleman starts receiving offers at the camps he’ll attend this summer, he hopes to be able to make his college choice before he goes back to school. Coleman wants to be able to concentrate on his school work and his senior year of football. “I want my recruitment to be over so I can enjoy the ride to the end.” Top Stories
